Return & Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated February 25, 2022.

Thank you for shopping at Chicken Daddies. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before your items have been marked as shipped without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement and you must include your order number. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive your refund request.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

    The goods are in the original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your goods were delivered in damaged or defective condition, please send us an email to danielle@danielleelizabeth.net with a description of the issue and attach images showing the problem. If it is determined the product is damaged and defective, you have the choice to either receive a full refund or have a replacement item sent to you free of charge.

Making a Return

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. First send is a notice with your order number:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Package Was Not Delivered

If your your tracking states that the item may have been lost in transit, please send an email to danielle@danielleelizabeth.net with your order number and we will look into the issue. If it appears your package was lost in transit, you will have the choice to be issued a refund or have a replacement item sent you free of charge. If your item was marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement item.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a refund. Once the returned product is received, a refund will be issued to you.

Shipping FAQs

How long is handling / processing time? Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort for orders to be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Once shipped, how long will my product take to be delivered? It entirely depends on your location. If the recipient’s address is:

  • In the United States: please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Occasionally, there are exceptions where it may take up to 1-2 weeks if there is a disruption by the carrier. We are not responsible for the carrier’s delay or disruptions.

  • International: please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Occasionally, there are disruptions where it may take 4-6 weeks if there is a disruption by the carrier. We are not responsible for the carrier’s delay or disruptions.

What is Backordering? Occasionally you will notice an item labeled as “BACKORDER” - this means that we are currently waiting on more stock from our printer. We will always put an estimated ship date at the top of the page. You may still place your order, and the item will be shipped to you on or around the estimated ship date.
